Since the last update, the Government has relaxed the rules on gatherings. However, we shall continue with social distancing in class.

My teacher, the late Katherine Allen sadly passed away in January 2020. It has been a challenging time for all who knew her.

As per the Government's advice on outdoor activities and fitness classes. Group classes will start again on 31st March.
