I currently hold classes at three locations each week. Please contact me in advance if you are thinking of attending as spaces are limited. The schedule below is effective from January 2024.

Payment on the day or advance and can be by cash or via bank transfer.

Fees are non-refundable.

Private tuition

General wellbeing

Whilst Tai Chi and Qigong is considered low impact and suitable for all. Please to advise if you have any medical conditions, so that I can take this into account. We can amend moves and exercises to suit the individual. If in doubt, please seek the opinion of your GP.

Insurance

Whilst Tai Chi and Qigong are considered safe and accidents are not common. It does not mean accidents don't happen. For this matter, I strongly encourage to take out insurance which will protect yourself and others in the event of an accident. As you progress, you may take part in self defence applications or weapon practice, which do carry an element of risk. This also acts as a licence, which you should carry to class or if you practice in public places. The cost of annual insurance can vary, but premiums can be very reasonable.
