Classes

General wellbeing

Whilst Tai Chi and Qigong is considered low impact and suitable for all.  Please to advise if you have any medical conditions, so that I can take this into account.  We can amend moves and exercises to suit the individual.  If in doubt, please consult your GP.

Classes
We currently have regular classes in 3 locations in Tunbridge Wells. Classes run throughout the year with breaks during Christmas or due to other commitments. All classes are suitable for beginners to advance level students.

If you're interested in joining these classes, please let me know which class you wish to attend. In order to guarantee your place, payment of fees will need to be paid in advance.

Spaces are limited and in order to give students enough space, there will be a maximum of 12 per class. Due to issues of no-shows, fees are required to be paid in advance. Payment of fees are to be made by BACs.

Insurance

Whilst Tai Chi and Qigong are considered safe and accidents are not common.  It does not mean accidents don't happen.  For this matter, I strongly encourage to take out insurance which will protect yourself and others in the event of an accident.  As you progress, you may take part in self defence applications or weapon practice, which do carry an element of risk.  This also acts as a licence, which you should carry to class or if you practice in public places.  The cost of annual insurance can vary, but premiums can be very reasonable.  If you're interested please contact me for details.
