Class update January 2021

Happy New Year and I hope you have been keeping well. Despite starting 2021 with another national lockdown, I will be teaching on a limited basis. We'll have to be flexible and all plans subject to change.

Hawkenbury Church Hall

Due to Government restrictions and England under lockdown. We're currently not holding classes on Wednesday evenings. Students from this class will meet in Dunorlan Park on Saturday mornings. We hope to be open as soon as possible.

I'm still keeping this slot on my weekly schedule and Zoom classes are available if requested.

Tai Chi in the Park @Dunorlan Park

Tai Chi in the Park summer classes ended in September and a donation has been made to the Friends of Dunorlan Park seed bank. This was what my late teacher used to do and I will continue this tradition of giving back.

Due to social distancing, some of my regular students prefer to meet on the Terrace in Dunorlan Park. At the moment, I am offering one to one sessions until further notice. The current lockdown will be reviewed on 15th February, so hopefully we'll get some good news then. If you are interested in joining me on a Saturday morning, please feel free to contact me in advance. I have set up a new Facebook group page and updates regarding Tai Chi in the Park will be posted there. When group sessions are permitted, I can only have 5 students per class. If it rains, we will meet in the space under the cafe. Flourish Wellness at Kingdom

Classes at Kingdom in Penshurst will resume on Thursday 7th January, at the usual time of 6.30 - 7.30pm. Classes will be scheduled for every Thursday evening in the Yoga Studio. Due to the national lockdown, classes will be delivered via Zoom. Normal classes will resume once Government guidelines permit. Please book via Mindbody app or the Flourish Wellness website.
