Class update April 2025

Welcome to the new edition of the class update. This is effective from January 2024.

Classes from May 2023

We're coming up to autumn and the year has gone by so quickly. Here's the updated class schedule that's effective from 01/09/22 to 01/05/23

Make a date in your diary for World Tai Chi & Qigong Day 2022.

Classes from May 2022 onwards.

Since the last update, the Government has relaxed the rules on gatherings. However, we shall continue with social distancing in class.

As per the Government's advice on outdoor activities and fitness classes. Group classes will start again on 31st March.

It has been a month since we've started classes again. So far so good and as we approach autumn, we really must look at plans going forward.
