Over the years, I've had many people approach me regarding Tai Chi classes. Is is easy and is it for me? I must have asked myself this question many times.

Class update April 2025

As the weather is getting better, people are starting to go outside more.  Have you done any Tai Chi and Qigong outside before? 

As per the Government's advice on outdoor activities and fitness classes. Group classes will start again on 31st March.
